Who is this for?

This is for people who’ve tried gym programs before without lasting results, people managing obesity-related conditions like Type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease, and anyone who wants a structured, clinically-informed approach rather than guesswork. We don’t believe in shame or quick fixes. We believe in programs that work long-term.

Where weight management is linked to an underlying chronic condition such as Type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease, Medicare CDM plans may cover up to 5 subsidised sessions per year. NDIS and DVA funding may also apply in some circumstances. Private health insurance extras often cover exercise physiology sessions.
