Welcome to Core Health Group. By accessing our website (www.corehealthgrp.com) or using our mobile application (powered by Everfit), you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Core Health Group provides clinical exercise physiology, personal training, and health coaching. These services are delivered in-person and/or digitally via the Core Health Group app.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

  • Not Medical Advice: While our staff are qualified health professionals, the content provided in the app is for informational and coaching purposes.

  • Physical Readiness: You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from intended exercise.

  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in exercise programs involves an inherent risk of injury. By using our services, you voluntarily assume these risks. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any new regime.

3. Use of the App (Everfit)

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app login credentials.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer the software, or upload harmful or illegal content.

  • Third-Party Platform: You acknowledge that the app is hosted by Everfit. While we provide the coaching content, Everfit manages the technical infrastructure.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellations

  • Billing: Fees for app-based coaching or memberships are billed in advance.

  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Clinical services already rendered are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All programming, videos, and educational materials provided in the app or on our website are the intellectual property of Core Health Group and may not be shared, redistributed, or sold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Health Group and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these terms or if your behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to our staff or other members.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
